Conversion Rate Optimization Manager

Responsibilities

• Own registration completion across iOS, Android, and Web platforms
• Optimize home and landing pages to increase registration starts
• Reduce friction on the path from registration to first deposit
• Manage the experiment pipeline by designing A/B and multivariate tests
• Write clear technical specifications for the development team
• Set success metrics and maintain clean tracking via GTM or Segment
• Analyze data in GA and Tableau to provide honest read-outs
• Present test plans and results to stakeholders to align marketing, product, and design teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in CRO or experimentation
• Experience optimizing both web and native mobile apps (iOS and Android)
• Proficiency with GA, Tableau, GTM, and/or Segment
• Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
• Ability to design experiments and specify them clearly for engineers
• Deep grasp of user behavior, UX, and decision-making psychology
• Experience in online gaming, fintech, or e-commerce is a strong plus
• SQL knowledge and familiarity with AGCO/Ontario iGaming rules are advantages
