Conversational Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design conversation flows and logic for chat and voice bots based on business requirements and user needs
• Create end-to-end dialogue scripts, intents, entities, and user journeys
• Write, refine, and test prompts to guide Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP-based systems
• Map and document conversation architecture, including edge cases, error handling, and escalation logic
• Analyze bot performance, tone, and accuracy to provide actionable improvements
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, and analytics teams to implement conversational features

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in conversation design, UX writing, or scriptwriting
• Strong command of written English with an emphasis on tone, clarity, and inclusivity
• Working knowledge of prompt writing for AI and LLM-based systems
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize conversational performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI prompt engineering or fine-tuning workflows
• Experience designing for multilingual or multicultural audiences
• A portfolio showcasing conversation scripts, flows, or prompt examples
