Conversational AI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the Chatbot Product Owner in the design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise chatbot solutions
• Assist in requirement collection, backlog preparation, and documentation to align developments with business needs
• Analyze user interactions and chatbot performance data to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into structured chatbot intents, flows, and features
• Coordinate testing and validation activities, including preparing test scenarios and executing functional tests
• Maintain product documentation such as conversational flow diagrams, use case descriptions, and release notes
• Collaborate with technical teams, including developers and AI engineers, to ensure timely delivery of features
• Handle minor content updates and operational support tasks within chatbot tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Basic understanding of digital products and agile methodologies
• Strong interest in AI, chatbots, automation, and user experience
• Knowledge of conversational AI platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio)
• Analytical and logical thinking skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in additional languages
• General hardware and software knowledge
• Experience with operating systems and networks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
