About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize next-generation, customer-facing agentic workflows
- Build multi-agent applications using Customer Experience Agent Studio (CX Agent Studio)
- Implement Code Agents leveraging programmatic SDKs such as cxas-scrapi
- Write custom Python and TypeScript tool callbacks
- Utilize localized CLI workflows to programmatically structure, lint, test, and sync complex agent hierarchies
- Merge low-code visual canvas building with custom-coded logic for deterministic results

- Expertise in Conversational AI and agentic workflows
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- Experience with programmatic SDKs and CLI workflows
