Conventional Route Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with company, State, and Federal regulations
• Maintain working knowledge of assigned delivery routes and product handling requirements
• Deliver products in a timely manner and report any issues to the Distribution supervisor
• Maintain accurate daily records of accounts and collected cash
• Keep vehicle operation logs and report maintenance needs daily
• Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner

Requirements

• Current valid CDL-A license
• Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Up-to-date medical card
• One year of driving experience or equivalent classroom qualification
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to pass a DOT exam
• Ability to drive a standard truck
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
