Convenience Sales Representative, Field Sales

Responsibilities

• Deliver against quarterly sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles
• Manage an estimated 300-store territory to ensure flawless execution of business KPIs
• Expand distribution, execute shelving principles, and activate promotions and secondary displays
• Record all weekly activity and key customer intelligence in Salesforce
• Track store and account level KPIs and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers to drive partnership
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse customers
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
