About the role
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and automated manufacturing equipment
- Fabricate, modify, and upgrade electrical control panels
- Perform field wiring of instrumentation and motor controls
- Conduct and document maintenance calibrations, installations, and fault diagnosis
- Interpret P&ID diagrams and electrical schematics for system analysis
- Collaborate with engineering and operations for equipment commissioning and upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of control logic, wiring diagrams, and calibration data
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or instrumentation
- Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial sensors
- Skill in reading electrical schematics and P&IDs
- Experience fabricating and wiring control panels
- Understanding of motor controls and calibration procedures
- Familiarity with pneumatic and mechanical systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments using PPE
