Controls Technician

Responsibilities

• Work with automation engineers to create and implement programs and processes to optimize equipment efficiency
• Manage and perform equipment calibration, repairs, preventive maintenance, and testing
• Perform basic programming and installation of new and existing software required for equipment operations
• Work within the SCADA system to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a controls technician or engineer
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software systems
• Proficiency with hand and precision tools and computer usage
• Understanding of basic safety protocols, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (Day or Night)
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens controls
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Manufacturing experience in a maintenance or controls role
