Controls Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets independently
• Facilitate project tasks across various functional organizations
• Forecast project revenues and track progress
• Identify project problems and recommend effective resolutions
• Apply knowledge of DDC control theory and applications to HVAC/Control systems
• Utilize AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite for project execution

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of Direct Digital Controls (DDC) experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam
• Knowledge of computer networking systems and setup procedures
• Experience with Tridium, BACnet, or Carrier i-Vu systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal DDC training
• Background or experience in HVAC and Building Automation
• Understanding of BACnet controls and 3rd party integration
• Experience in building and maintaining graphics
• Experience with submittals and as-built drawings
