About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage capital projects as outlined in the Long Range Plan (LRP)
- Develop and maintain the Master Equipment List
- Complete assigned Engineering Requests (ER)
- Maintain current layouts of buildings, equipment, and grounds
- Determine spare parts inventory for production and facilities equipment
- Support plant-wide implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Provide direct technical support to the plant maintenance department
- Plan, implement, and monitor effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Track downtime and develop corrective actions for improvement
- Oversee production equipment installations, modifications, and staff training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in Controls Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Robotics and HMI
- Proficiency with PLC systems (Rockwell and Siemens)
- Knowledge of Vision Systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electrical design
