About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute operational engineering plans based on designs and work specifications
  • Manage external contractors and ensure the quality of delivered services and products
  • Set up or adjust complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Proficiency with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell preferred)
  • Experience with HMI, SCADA, VFDs, industrial networking, and instrumentation
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, motors, sensors, and industrial controls
  • Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Degree or tradeschool certificate
