Controlling Sr. Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform daily follow-up of main KPIs including production hours, sales, stock levels, and headcount
• Conduct daily checks on P&L impacts such as headcount, PPV, stock revaluation, and material master data
• Manage monthly closing processes, including P&L analysis and deviation reporting against budget and forecast
• Lead short-term and long-term budget preparation, ensuring all deadlines and processes are respected
• Execute weekly forecasting, including data collection, figure analysis, and submission for Plant Manager approval
• Prepare PCC and MTP documentation by consolidating data from various departments
• Ensure compliance with all quality requirements and prepare requested reports for Management, Plant, and Business Units

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar controlling role
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within an industrial or manufacturing environment
