Controlling Senior Expert

Responsibilities

• Lead controlling activities for business units, regions, or corporate functions
• Perform target vs. actual, profitability, margin, and cost analyses (including HR, inventory, and warranty)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and corporate planning processes
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses
• Evaluate projects, products, locations, and strategic initiatives
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to support executive decision-making
• Lead process improvements and participate in international projects

Requirements

• University degree or extensive experience in controlling within a complex, international environment
• Strong expertise in P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and profitability analysis
• Proven track record in cost controlling, margin optimization, and project evaluation
• Deep knowledge of risk management and scenario modeling
• Experience in warranty, inventory, and HR controlling
• Advanced proficiency in SAP (FI/CO), HFM, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
