Controlling Manager

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Finance Leader and partner with business unit and program managers to provide ad-hoc decision support.
• Manage pricing models for new business opportunities and existing business re-pricing tasks.
• Lead and support assigned team members and contribute to the overall organization of the finance department.
• Analyze and monitor company financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
• Coordinate month-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met for reports and manual accounting entries.
• Manage monthly and annual revenue and cost forecasting, including project-level breakdowns.
• Calculate and track ROI for project-specific and general investments to support decision-making.
• Perform regular post-calculations and quarterly/annual performance comparisons.

Requirements

• Higher education degree, primarily in Economics or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in financial controlling or a similar role.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in financial software.
• Negotiation-level English language skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with senior management and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in manufacturing, repair, or logistics.
• Proven track record in process development and improvement.
