Controlling & FP&A Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner for the Greater China team to support the implementation of 5-year strategic plans and revenue growth.
• Drive overall OPEX and CAPEX targets, managing strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across multiple territories and business segments.
• Monitor financial performance by territory and segment, providing accurate data, simulations, and advice to support decision-making.
• Lead budget and forecast data collection, validating assumptions and optimizing resource allocation.
• Analyze financial outputs, identify risks and opportunities, and provide professional recommendations to management.
• Ensure timely monthly and year-end closing processes in collaboration with the accounting team.
• Optimize financial processes, analytical tools, and internal control systems to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in controlling and financial analysis, with a specific focus on OPEX controlling.
• Professional knowledge of China GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong financial analytical abilities and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Hands-on experience with Hyperion and Oracle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the multinational pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CIMA.
• Previous exposure to the Greater China and APAC business environments.
