Controllership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Support the financial close process by coordinating with various departments to gather and validate financial data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and regional finance to drive process improvements and ensure operational efficiency
• Impact the accuracy and integrity of financial information to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and internal controls
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in financial reporting or controllership roles within a corporate environment
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of local and global accounting regulations
