Controllership Manager

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in compliance with Ind AS
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
• Lead statutory, tax, internal, and special audits
• Oversee inventory accounting and valuation across warehouses
• Prepare and review management MIS and variance analysis
• Drive automation and improvements in ERP and accounting systems
• Mentor and manage junior finance team members

Requirements

• Experience in financial accounting and statutory compliance
• Knowledge of Ind AS
• Experience managing GST filings and tax assessments
• Ability to lead audits and strengthen internal financial controls
• Experience with inventory and cost controls
