About the role

Responsibilities

  • Champion and develop a high-performing finance systems team, fostering a culture of mentorship and managing vendor relationships.
  • Oversee administration and configuration of Workday ERP and SAP systems, including GL Accounts, Cost Centers, and Profit Centers.
  • Manage the technical integrity of the EPM environment, including Adaptive data integrations and budget uploads.
  • Guide the operational transition of Workday Master Data and reporting functions to partner teams through upskilling.
  • Ensure data integrity by executing automated reconciliations and managing monthly sign-offs on hierarchy changes.
  • Partner with automation teams to reduce manual cycle times and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Support system integrations for acquired entities and global operations across assigned regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience managing Finance Systems and associated processes.
  • Significant exposure to large-scale ERPs, specifically Workday or SAP.
  • 3-5 years of management experience with a proven ability to influence teams and guide organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in English with the ability to translate technical system decisions into clear financial impacts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional accounting certification.
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar EPM tools.
