Controller Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Analyze and control expenses by cost center (actual vs. planned)
• Perform monthly SAP closing including distribution, allocation, and cost localization
• Analyze headcount (actual vs. planned) and prepare payroll budgets
• Prepare production volume reports and compare actual vs. standard/forecast costs
• Review processes and perform internal control tests to ensure accounting integrity
• Prepare data for annual Budget and quarterly Forecasts in SAP-ECC
• Elaborate monthly reports on manufacturing cost evolution and material prices
• Comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental policies

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration, or related fields
• Advanced English proficiency
• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the industrial sector

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Controllership or Managerial Accounting
