Controller

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes within a 5-business-day target
• Prepare GAAP and IFRS-compliant financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow
• Deliver executive-level variance analysis, financial commentary, and dashboards
• Design, implement, and strengthen internal accounting controls and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage external audits and PBC schedules
• Partner with FP&A teams on annual budgets, forecasting, and scenario modeling
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and debt compliance
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff while establishing scalable processes
• Drive ERP implementations, accounting automation, and workflow optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks Enterprise
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
• Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, ACCA, or MBA credentials
• Previous experience as a Controller, Finance Manager, or Accounting Manager
• ERP implementation or M&A integration experience
• Industry experience in SaaS, Professional Services, or Real Estate
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
