Controller

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close cycles with a 5-day standard
• Prepare GAAP/IFRS-compliant financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Provide variance analysis and executive-level financial insights
• Design and maintain internal control frameworks and manage external audits
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
• Lead, mentor, and manage accountants and finance staff
• Drive ERP implementations and automate financial workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS standards
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks Enterprise
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, ACCA, or MBA certification
• Experience as a Controller or Finance Manager in mid-sized companies
• Experience with ERP implementations or M&A integration
• Industry experience in SaaS, professional services, or real estate
• Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
