Controller

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reports
• Manage monthly month-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow statements
• Manage accounts receivable and payable within NetSuite
• Establish, monitor, and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Prepare budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Manage current cash flow and forecast future cash flow
• Conduct audits and provide information to external auditors
• Maintain financial staff through recruiting, training, and performance management
• Collaborate with parent company on ad hoc reporting requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
• Proficiency with NetSuite
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Strong organization and ability to meet tight deadlines
