Controller

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reports
• Manage monthly month-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow statements
• Manage accounts receivable in NetSuite and review open accounts for collection
• Establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems
• Prepare budgets, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions
• Manage current cash flow and forecast future cash flow
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
• Recruit, train, and manage the financial staff
• Collaborate with senior management and parent company on ad hoc reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
• Experience with NetSuite
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Strong organization and priority setting skills
