Responsibilities

• Own all accounting operations and close processes
• Design scalable accounting policies, controls, and reporting infrastructure
• Manage audits and external accounting partner relationships
• Drive process automation and AI-enabled efficiencies across the finance function
• Build and develop the future accounting team
• Partner strategically with the CFO and executive leadership on fundraising readiness and operational scaling

Requirements

• Experience building accounting functions from the ground up
• Ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments
• Interest in rethinking traditional finance processes using AI and automation
• Experience designing scalable processes and controls
