Controller

Responsibilities

• Compile, report, and manage budgets, forecasting, ÄTA handling, and invoicing for one or more contracts within the project
• Coordinate with the agency organization, contractors, and environmental impacts
• Evaluate incoming documentation from contractors using technical resources to perform project forecasting
• Responsible for controlling contractor work on a running account basis and preparing monthly reports
• Ensure full visibility into the contractor's financial systems prior to monthly invoicing
• Continuously monitor incurred costs and create reports based on cost analysis and forecasting
• Participate in financial meetings with contractors regarding cost control, quantity regulation, and ÄTOR handling
• Challenge existing workflows and initiate improvement work
• Support internal control processes within the project

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Degree in Business Administration (Civilekonom) or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controller
• Minimum 5 years of experience in qualified accounting (e.g., year-end closing or group consolidation)

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in financial control and follow-up, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Minimum 1 year of experience from the electricity market
