Controller

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial strategy for Autorola Netherlands
• Oversee compliance with financial laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Improve financial processes and implement best practices
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely completion of annual accounts
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to headquarters
• Analyze financial data to provide strategic recommendations
• Manage tax matters, contracts, insurance, and banking relationships
• Coordinate with HR on financial processes like payroll and pensions
• Manage and develop the Finance team (Assistant Controller and Administrators)

Requirements

• HBO or WO degree in Business Economics, Finance & Control, or Accountancy
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Finance and team leadership (2-5 employees)
• Strong background in accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Experience with international reporting and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Affinity with the automotive sector and data analysis
