Controller - AOCC Terminal

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the communication of airport operational activities and facilities.
• Adjust the implementation of tactical operational plans to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Manage regular operations as well as incident and crisis handling for DXB or DWC terminals.
• Monitor processes across applicable areas including Terminal, Forecourt, and Baggage.
• Ensure seamless airport operations through the use of CCTV and other monitoring systems.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Diploma in Aviation Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of international civil aviation safety and security practices as stipulated by IATA/ACI.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with strong business writing skills.
• Knowledge of airline conditions of use and the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
