Controller

Responsibilities

• Oversee economic control by monitoring costs, revenues, margins, financial risks, and project progress
• Partner with Project Management and other business functions to determine costs to complete and analyze project performance
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports, analyzing actual results against budget and forecasts
• Contribute to the definition of company forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
• Support cost center planning and perform variance analysis to identify deviations and propose corrective actions
• Participate in monthly and annual closing activities to ensure accurate management accounting records

Requirements

• Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in management control, preferably in a project-based environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office packages
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Availability for travel to other regions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP
• Proficiency in Spanish
