Responsibilities

• Perform technical evaluations of light vehicles to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Conduct rigorous inspections of over 130 mandatory control points, including braking, steering, visibility, and pollution
• Manage customer relations, including appointment scheduling and explaining mandatory vehicle reports
• Provide high-quality service through pedagogical communication and professional interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Technical expertise in vehicle evaluation or a strong passion for mechanics
• Ability to apply current legislation with rigor and method
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Automotive qualification or a willingness to undergo SGS training (315-hour program available)
• Existing technical certification/approval is a plus but not mandatory for those willing to train
