Contrôleur Technique Automobile

Responsibilities

• Perform technical evaluations of light vehicles (VL) to ensure compliance with current legislation
• Conduct rigorous inspections of over 130 mandatory control points, including braking, steering, visibility, and pollution
• Manage complete customer relations, from appointment scheduling to explaining mandatory vehicle reports
• Provide high-quality service through active listening and pedagogical communication to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in technical vehicle evaluation or an automotive qualification
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive 315-hour training program if not already qualified
• Strong sense of rigor, method, and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
