Responsibilities

• Perform technical evaluations of light vehicles to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Conduct rigorous inspections of over 130 mandatory control points, including braking, steering, visibility, and pollution
• Manage customer relations, from appointment scheduling to explaining mandatory vehicle reports
• Provide high-quality service through active listening and pedagogical communication to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in technical vehicle evaluation or an automotive qualification
• Strong sense of rigor, method, and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Willingness to undergo training (SGS offers a comprehensive 315-hour program for those looking to transition into the role)
