Responsibilities
- Control the quality of fruits and vegetables according to group standards (labeling, weight, appearance, temperature, etc.)
- Report non-conformities to suppliers using management tools
- Block products and manage their return or destruction
- Conduct internal audits of quality processes
- Participate in the revision and improvement of processes to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the fruit and vegetable sector
- Proficiency with IT tools, email, and non-conformity tracking software
- Ability to process and interpret complex data using Google Sheets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent writing skills
