About the role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the management and consolidation of HR reporting including headcount, payroll, turnover, and absenteeism
  • Collaborate with HR teams to collect, analyze, and synthesize social data for HR KPI monitoring
  • Design, update, and optimize HR dashboards
  • Contribute to the production and analysis of regulatory reporting such as social balance sheets and gender equality indexes
  • Conduct ad-hoc studies and analyses for the HR Director and business departments
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR management tools and processes

Requirements

  • Currently preparing a Bac+4/5 degree in Business School or University specializing in Social Management Control, Human Resources, or HR Data
  • Strong affinity for numbers, data analysis, and HR topics
  • Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset and synthesis capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the CEGID tool
