About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the management and consolidation of HR reporting including headcount, payroll, turnover, and absenteeism
- Collaborate with HR teams to collect, analyze, and synthesize social data for HR KPI monitoring
- Design, update, and optimize HR dashboards
- Contribute to the production and analysis of regulatory reporting such as social balance sheets and gender equality indexes
- Conduct ad-hoc studies and analyses for the HR Director and business departments
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR management tools and processes
Requirements
- Currently preparing a Bac+4/5 degree in Business School or University specializing in Social Management Control, Human Resources, or HR Data
- Strong affinity for numbers, data analysis, and HR topics
- Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset and synthesis capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the CEGID tool
