Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including quarterly forecasts and CAPEX
• Plan and coordinate various phases of financial processes
• Analyze and challenge financial submissions from subsidiaries
• Prepare consolidated summaries and documents for management presentations
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational results
• Perform monthly performance tracking for the Group and its subsidiaries
• Identify variances between forecasts and actuals and propose improvement plans
• Conduct specific financial analyses based on business needs
• Act as a business partner to the finance teams within the subsidiaries
• Ensure harmonization of practices and compliance with financial processes and reporting

Requirements

• University degree in economics, accounting, or equivalent federal diploma in finance/controlling
• 5+ years of experience in management control, ideally within a large international company or the luxury industry
• Fluency in both French and English
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS standards
• Proficiency in financial ERP tools, specifically SAP or D365
• Advanced MS Excel skills (complex functions, pivot tables)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented mindset
