Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze monthly financial reporting and perform monthly closings (Revenue, Accruals, WIP, etc.)
• Coordinate the budgeting process for various business activities
• Conduct internal audit missions to improve costs and overall results
• Measure performance and analyze variances between forecasts and actual results
• Support management decision-making through profitability analysis
• Manage credit management tasks, including reducing DSO and optimizing working capital
• Identify and manage client risk to optimize outstanding receivables

Requirements

• BAC+3/+5 degree from a Business School or a Master's in CGA/CCA (Financial Management)
• First successful experience in management control, ideally within the industrial sector
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VBA
• Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a rigorous approach to work
• Experience in an audit firm is considered a plus
