About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage time tracking and activity reports to ensure data relevance
  • Ensure data convergence between SAP and time tracking tools
  • Analyze cost discrepancies between time tracking tools and SAP and implement corrective actions
  • Analyze production discrepancies related to working days between systems
  • Process anomalies and modification requests in the Smart time tracking tool

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Finance, or Management Control
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Mastery of general and analytical accounting
  • Proficiency in finance and management control tools
  • Good level of French and English (written and oral)
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
