About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage time tracking and activity reports to ensure data relevance
- Ensure data convergence between SAP and time tracking tools
- Analyze cost discrepancies between time tracking tools and SAP and implement corrective actions
- Analyze production discrepancies related to working days between systems
- Process anomalies and modification requests in the Smart time tracking tool
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Finance, or Management Control
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Mastery of general and analytical accounting
- Proficiency in finance and management control tools
- Good level of French and English (written and oral)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
