Responsibilities

• Assist in the reception and dispatch of frozen products to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and other assigned equipment for safe loading and unloading.
• Verify product temperatures, quality, and quantity during receiving and dispatch processes.
• Store products in designated cold storage areas and maintain inventory using FIFO principles.
• Select, organize, label, and pack products according to orders for shipment.
• Coordinate truck loading and supervise the distribution of products.
• Manage and control transport documentation, including delivery guides and invoices.
• Perform periodic inventory counts and record entries in the warehouse management system.
• Maintain clean and organized storage and dispatch areas to prevent accidents.
• Inspect equipment and report any mechanical failures promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical training (completed or in progress).
• 3 to 6 months of experience in similar roles within distribution centers.
• Ability to operate electric pallet jacks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the frozen food industry.
