Control Tower Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead control tower operations to ensure efficient and safe logistics execution
• Plan routes and manage the creation and editing of trips within the system
• Perform real-time monitoring and fleet performance analysis
• Manage personnel and oversee budget administration
• Drive strategic planning and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Coordinate with manufacturing, production, and operations departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transport, or a related field (Degree and Professional License required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics processes and traffic planning
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
• English language proficiency
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Availability to travel and potential relocation if required
