Control Tower Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational entry point for key customers, proactively managing requests and special projects.
• Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to ensure long-term loyalty and high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational status across multiple global offices and ensure alignment with Customer SOPs (CSOP).
• Identify, propose, and execute preventive and corrective actions regarding operational mishaps or risks.
• Review KPI reports and performance analysis to initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Control Tower team through recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Partner with the sales team to provide pricing support and alternative solutions during force majeure or high-risk scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Sea Cargo management experience.
• Solid knowledge of Sea and Combined Transport freight forwarding products.
• Strong operational background with the ability to manage complex logistics workflows.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and oral).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, flexible mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing connections with major shipping lines.
• Strong rapport-building skills and experience working closely with sales/account owners.
