About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow lockout-tag out, confined space, and other safety procedures
- Perform program changes and monitor PLC and PMS systems
- Troubleshoot Controls, Process Controllers, Control Cabinets, and Power Supplies
- Perform skilled maintenance on material handling equipment
- Complete work orders and document activities in MP2
- Repair low and high voltage controls including fuses, relays, and wiring
- Read and comprehend technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Use electrical diagnostic equipment for AC/DC testing
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years industrial maintenance experience with PLCs and conveyors
- Electrical experience with high and low voltage, AC and DC
- Proficiency in programming PLCs (Allen/Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Knowledge of Automatic Identification systems
- Strong technical capability with PC software and hardware
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
