Control Room Operator (IVMS)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and action real-time IVMS alerts in line with established procedures
• Communicate professionally with drivers, supervisors, and operational teams
• Provide timely support to operational leaders during event escalations
• Escalate critical incidents promptly and accurately
• Maintain accurate system records to support investigations
• Support safe driver behaviour and adherence to compliance standards

Requirements

• Experience in a control room, call centre, or emergency response environment
• Proven ability to manage time-critical incidents and escalations
• Proficiency with various IT systems and platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster (including day, afternoon, and night shifts)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the transport or logistics industry
