About the role

Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor and control operations via process images, trends, and key figures to optimize stability, energy efficiency, and throughput
  • Execute start, stop, and product changeover processes safely according to SOPs
  • Ensure consistent high product quality through targeted setpoint adjustments
  • Monitor the control of bunkers, silos, and withdrawals, coordinating material flows with production, logistics, and shift management
  • Evaluate and prioritize incoming alarms, using data to isolate process deviations
  • Collaborate closely with shift supervisors and production managers on troubleshooting
  • Adhere strictly to HSE and UVV safety guidelines to identify and mitigate unsafe conditions
  • Maintain clean documentation, participate in functional tests, and contribute to continuous improvement processes (KVP)

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., Electronics, Industrial Mechanic, Plant Operator, or similar)
  • Proven industrial experience with strong technical understanding
  • Control room qualification with deep process understanding of mixing and grinding processes
  • Proficiency in using relevant systems, specifically TIS and LIMS
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel and Word)
