About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and verify operational activities according to the Activity Organization Matrix
- Ensure the continuous functionality of the studios and maintain company game standards
- Acknowledge and resolve table calls promptly to minimize game downtime
- Report, log, and document all operational incidents and mistakes
- Assist in the opening and closing processes of gaming tables
- Stay up to date with all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies
- Support the Shift Manager and maintain effective communication across departments
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Croupier in the Live Casino industry
- Proficient PC skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to demonstrate patience and understanding when working with people
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Supervisor or management role
- Technical background
- University-level education
