About the role
Responsibilities
- Support field technicians during maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Perform modifications on supervisors and PLCs
- Support customers during fault finding, machine recovery, and restarts
- Execute software error corrections at both PLC and supervision levels
- Perform software installation, configuration, and testing of computers for field technicians
- Support commissioning technicians with STEP7 programming
Requirements
- Technical Diploma in Electromechanics (Diploma tecnico Elettromeccanico)
- Previous experience in maintenance roles
- Knowledge of STEP7 and the AWL programming language
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, motor, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Proficiency in the English language
- Flexibility and availability to work on shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
