About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare minimum technical specifications for SCADA control systems and substation protection for renewable plants
- Undertake bid evaluations and lead technical negotiations for equipment supply contracts
- Prepare detailed designs including I/O lists, instrument cable routing, cable schedules, and equipment arrangement
- Review EPC design documents, control system architecture, and panel diagrams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and Professional License in Electrical Engineering or Control & Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design and engineering of control and instrumentation
- Proven experience in EPC or EPCM environments
- Knowledge of solar power plant systems
- Familiarity with NGCP SCADA requirements and testing procedures
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCAD 3D package
