About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare FP inspection machine components (detection units, star wheels) for each assortment change.
- Perform mechanical and electrical setup of FP inspection machines for new product assortments.
- Optimize detection effectiveness and production efficiency during assortment changes.
- Maintain inspection devices through regular inspections, repairs, and improvements.
- Continuously improve assortment change processes to reduce setup time and improve quality.
- Manage spare parts inventory.
- Regulate various control devices including metal detectors, transport lines, and product sorters.
Requirements
- Technical education (secondary or higher) in mechatronics, electronics, automation, or electrical engineering.
- Valid SEP G1 electrical qualifications.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong manual dexterity and practical technical skills.
- Diligence, accuracy, and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a technical department or maintenance/repair (utrzymanie ruchu) environment.
