Control Device Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare FP inspection machine components (detection units, star wheels) for each assortment change.
• Perform mechanical and electrical setup of FP inspection machines for new product assortments.
• Optimize detection effectiveness and production efficiency during assortment changes.
• Maintain inspection devices through regular inspections, repairs, and improvements.
• Continuously improve assortment change processes to reduce setup time and improve quality.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Regulate various control devices including metal detectors, transport lines, and product sorters.

Requirements

• Technical education (secondary or higher) in mechatronics, electronics, automation, or electrical engineering.
• Valid SEP G1 electrical qualifications.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong manual dexterity and practical technical skills.
• Diligence, accuracy, and the ability to make informed decisions.
• Strong teamwork and cooperation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a technical department or maintenance/repair (utrzymanie ruchu) environment.
