Control-Command Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational needs and specify control-command system requirements
• Define automation and supervision system architectures
• Design control laws and regulation strategies
• Specify equipment including PLCs, computers, sensors, actuators, and industrial networks
• Develop or manage software development (PLC, embedded, real-time)
• Manage interfaces with electrical, fluid, mechanical, and combat systems
• Participate in design reviews, configuration management, and functional safety
• Prepare and perform tests (FAT, HIL, HAT, SAT, sea trials)
• Apply naval and defense sector standards (cybersecurity, safety)

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bac +5) in automation, control-command, electronics, or systems
• 2 to 10 years of experience in automated systems, ideally in naval, defense, or critical industrial environments
• Strong skills in automation, regulation, and real-time systems
• Knowledge of PLCs and programming tools (Siemens, Schneider, Codesys, Matlab/Simulink, LabVIEW)
• Technical English proficiency
