About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, operate, and resolve incidents and interventions within medium and low voltage electrical networks.
  • Study scheduled interventions in the MV and LV networks, managing necessary communications with customers.
  • Identify and analyze MV and LV incidents, performing required actions for resolution and monitoring network parameters.
  • Execute network operations via remote control or local operation for scheduled interventions and network optimization.
  • Maintain and update databases, plans, schemes, telecontrol tests, emergency plans, and service instructions.
  • Monitor the correct functioning of the Control Center's auxiliary elements and intervene when necessary.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
  • High proficiency in IT tools.
  • Availability to work in shifts.
  • Ability to interpret electrical plans and diagrams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in the electrical distribution sector (transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, protections, and lines).
  • Familiarity with electrotechnical regulations.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop professionally in electrical network operations.
