Control Assurance & Advisory Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the validation of security and compliance requirements throughout the product lifecycle to ensure Security & Compliance by Design
• Manage the Control Center of Excellence (COE) for SOx, GxP, and other regulatory frameworks
• Define and maintain the Digital & Technology (D&T) Risk Assessment process and provide expert guidance to the first line of defense
• Oversee assurance activities across all D&T Tech Business Units to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Govern changes to the control environment and manage the ongoing D&T control landscape
• Coordinate regulatory audits and inspections, ensuring timely remediation and advisory support
• Prepare and align Audit Risk Committee papers with relevant stakeholders prior to submission

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Significant experience in IT General Controls (ITGC)
• Experience managing external audits and regulatory inspections
• Proven track record of embedding security and compliance by design into projects and BAU activities
• Deep familiarity with SOX and GxP compliance requirements and audit readiness
• Experience preparing Audit Risk Committee papers
• Experience providing expert guidance to first-line teams and influencing senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, or other relevant professional certifications
