Control and Instrument Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control systems and field instrumentation
• Support troubleshooting and fault rectification of DCS, PLCs, and instrumentation systems
• Carry out calibration, loop checks, and functional testing of instruments and control loops
• Monitor system performance, alarms, and trends to identify potential issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, calibration data, and system documentation
• Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent)
• 3–5 years of experience in C&I maintenance within power plants or heavy industry
• Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), ideally Siemens T3000
• Proficiency with PLCs and field instrumentation
• Strong knowledge of control loops, calibration, and maintenance processes
• Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance workflows
